Adam G.J. Smith age 35 of Auburn, IN died Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Parkview Regional Medical Center - Ft. Wayne, IN. Adam was born July 28, 1987 in Fort Wayne, IN to Matthew A. and Tammy L. (Ault) Smith. Adam was a graduate of Columbia City High School and a member of the Countyline Church of God - Auburn, IN.

Adam is survived by his parents: Matthew and Tammy Smith, Auburn, IN; grandparents: Jacob and Ginger Smith, Butler, IN; Max and Sally Ault, Butler, IN; Judy and Marty Anspach, St. Joe, IN; brother: Cameron Smith, Roanoke, IN; sisters: Taylor Smith, Garrett, IN and Logan Smith, Auburn, IN.

There will be a Celebration Reception from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Saturday, March 11, 2023 at County Line Church - Main Campus.
