She was born February 10, 1969 in Fort Wayne, IN to Richard D. and Debra L. (Nelson) Cowell Custer. Angela worked in a group home in Angola before becoming ill. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, May 11, 2012 at Thomas Funeral Home in Garrett, IN with Pastor Norm Fuller officiating. Visitation will be held from 1-3 p.m. Friday at Thomas Funeral Home. Burial will be held at a later date in Trinity Cemetery in Angola, IN Memorials are to Big Brothers -Big Sisters; Indiana Organ Procurement Organization (IOPO) or the Ronald McDonald House at Riley Hospital.
