Arlene M. LaFever age 80 of Ft. Wayne, IN died at 3:20 a.m. Thursday, November 17, 2011 at Parkview Hospital. She was born November 29, 1930 in Churubusco, IN to Harris and Ellen (Gibson) Rogers and they preceded her in death. She married Joseph R. LaFever on February 19, 1951 in Ft. Wayne, IN and he survives. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband: Joseph R. LaFever, Ft. Wayne, IN; 2 sons: Chris J. LaFever, Ft. Wayne, IN and Nick (Barbi) LaFever, S.C.; 4 daughters: Cheryl (David) Clark, Scottsdale, AZ; Jacklyn (Ben) Ramnarong; Beth (William) Lovitt; Ft. Wayne, IN and Lisa (Robert) Robbins, South Whitley, IN. She is survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, Brother: Richard (Sue) Rogers, Columbus, OH and sister: Lou Wideman, Elwood, IN. Services will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Thomas Funeral Home - Garrett, IN with Fr. Andrew Nazareth officiating. Calling will take place from 10 - 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
