She was born May 25, 1932 in South Bend, IN to James A. and Florence I. (Tarman) Patterson and they preceded her in death. She married Charles G. Draper on June 26, 1948 in Fort Wayne, IN and he died January 26, 2008. Barbara was a stock person at Magnavox - Fort Wayne, IN for 32 years, retiring in 1994. Barbara was a member of the Village Green Free Methodist Church - Fort Wayne, IN. Barbara is survived by 3 daughters: Linda S. Stahl, Fort Wayne, IN; Michelle M. (Jerry) Shroads, Garrett, IN; Janet R. (Phil) Henschen, Garrett, IN; 2 sons: Kenneth L. (Karin) Draper, Scottsville, KY; John A. (Mary) Draper, LaOtto, IN. She is survived by 14 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren Barbara was preceded in death by her parents: James A. and Florence I. Patterson; husband: Charles G. Draper; 2 brothers: Robert J. Patterson and Ray Wagner and a sister: Betty L. Rogers. Services will take place at 3 p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Thomas Funeral Home, 1277 C.R. 56, Garrett, IN with Pastor Richard Foust officiating.
