Becky J. Bailey age 54 of Garrett, died at 6:05 p.m. Sunday, September 19, 2010 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne with her family by her side. She was born March 13, 1956 in Garrett to Sheldon and Noelys (Hawn) Wallace and they preceded her in death. She married Grover C. Bailey on October 14, 1972 in Butler and he survives in Garrett. Becky was a laborer at Magnavox in Garrett for 17 years. She is survived by her daughter Annie Bailey; 2 sons: Noel D. Bailey and Cory B. Bailey; all of Garrett, 2 grandchildren and 4 sisters: Karen Stahley of Nappanee, Jane Sprague of Garrett, Melody Custer of Garrett and Myra Stone of Cedarburg, WI. She was preceded in death by her brother: Tommy Wallace and sister: Rebecca Wallace. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at Thomas Funeral Home with the services at 1 p.m. Officiating will be Brother Bud Owen from the First Church of Christ in Garrett. Burial will follow in Big Run Cemetery - rural Butler, IN. Memorials are to the family to assist with burial expenses.
