Betty J. Tuttle, 91 of Garrett, died on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at Miller's Merry Manor Nursing Home in Garrett. She was born February 17, 1921 in Auburn to the late Boyd and Bessie (Baker) Ringler. She married Ralph R. Tuttle on June 28, 1941 and he preceded her in death. Betty was a homemaker and a member of the First Church of Christ in Auburn. She is survived by 2 daughters, Janet Christlieb of West Otter Lake and Connie and Al Wiechart of Garrett; 6 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and 1 great great step grandson. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Ralph and Walter Ringler; sister, Margaret Burtch, a granddaughter, a grandson and her son in-law, Ted Christlieb. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. in Christian Union Cemetery in Garrett with Pastor Tom Wilcoxson officiating. Memorials are to The Church at Garrett or the Tad Christlieb Memorial Fund.
