Beverly Joan Thurman age 89 of Garrett, IN passed away Thursday Morning, August 8, 2024 at Miller's Merry Manor – Garrett, IN. Beverly was born December 6, 1934 in Garrett, IN to Arthur and Elva (Harter) Fike and they preceded her in death. Beverly married Ferdinand "Ferd" H.P. Thurman Sr. on September 21, 1963 in Garrett, IN and he passed away on May 6, 1997.

Beverly worked in the finishing department at Garrett Flexible Products and was a member of the Church at Garrett.

Beverly is survived by her daughter: Vicki Holifield, KY; son: Russell and Debbie Drew, Garrett, IN; 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents: Arthur and Elva Fike; husband: Ferdinand "Ferd" H.P. Thurman Sr.; son: Ferdinand H.P. Thurman Jr.; brothers: Harold, Arthur and Charles Fike; sister: Edna Schulthess.

There will be no services.
