Carol A. Bowser, age 68 of Auburn, died on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at her home. She was born June 27, 1946 in Fort Wayne to the late Louis and Elizabeth (Harkenrider) Hartman. She had worked at Cooper Standard in Auburn for 25 years before retiring in 2007. Carol is survived by her daughter, Tammy Farrar of Auburn; her son, Shane Cary of Garrett; her brother, Paul Hartman of Fort Wayne; her sisters, Kate Wasson and Jan Jones both of Fort Wayne; three grandchildren and one great grandchild. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at 3 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home, 1277 C.R. 56, Garrett, with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Rev. David Mix will officiate.
