Carolann Davis age 61 of Garrett, IN died at 6:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at her home. She was born on December 19, 1946 in Grand Rapids, MI to Wayne H. and Edna I. (Hadley) Geer. She worked in the office for 30 years at Dana Corporation in Chelsea, MI and retired in 1994 from the Pottstown, PA plant. She worked for 11 years at TRW in Garrett in the shipping department. She married Gerald "Duke" Davis on June 30, 1995 in Las Vegas, NV and had been a Garrett resident since 1995. She was a member of the Plainfield United Methodist Church in Gregory, MI. She was also a member of the Garrett American Legion Auxillary, Garrett Eagles Auxillary, UAW Local #164 in Auburn and was a member of the Judy's Jewels Red Hat Society in Garrett. Carolann was an avid bowler and bowled in the Dana league. Visitation will take place from 3-7 p.m. Thursday, February 14, 2008 at Thomas Funeral Home in Garrett, IN, with a funeral service at 7 p.m. Dana Taylor will officiate. In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to St. Joseph Catholic School in Garrett, IN or the DeKalb County Cancer Society in Auburn, IN A calling of family and friends will take place on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Caskey - Mitchell Funeral Home in Stockbridge, MI.
