Carole A. Johnson age 83 of Garrett, IN passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at Auburn Village – Auburn, IN. Carole was born June 2, 1941 I Garrett, IN to Florian P. and Margaret M. (Schivell) Johnson and they preceded her in death. Carole worked in accounting at I & M for 31 years, retiring in 2001.

Carole was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church – Garrett, IN

Carole is survived by her sister: Kathleen and Steven Roy, Garrett, IN;  nephews: William Roy, Auburn, IN; Mark (Judy) Roy, Avilla, IN  Robert (Vicki) Roy, Garrett, IN. great nieces: Kellie Cox, AZ; Raya Booth, Indianapolis, IN.

Carole was preceded in death by her parents: Florian and Margaret Johnson and a brother: Sheldon "Shelly" Johnson.

Visitation will take place from 4-7 p.m. Sunday, July 21, 2024 at Thomas Funeral Home, 1277 C.R. 56, Garrett, IN

Rosary at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Thomas Funeral Home

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11 a.m.  Monday, July 22, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church – Garrett, IN with Fr. Brian Isenbarger officiating.

Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery – Garrett, IN

Memorials are to St. Joseph Catholic School, St. Joseph Clothes Closet or Masses.
