Cathy Winn Wells, 64, of Garrett , IN passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born on June 7, 1949 in Garrett to Robert and Norma (Case) McCullough. Cathy married Steven E. Wells on September 13, 1969 in Garrett. She worked for Garrett Keyser Butler Head start and retired after 25 years in 2012. She was member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Garrett as well as a member of Altar Guild and Sigma Phi Gamma also in Garrett.

Surviving are her husband, Steven E. Wells; daughter, Julie (Ted) Christensen; 2 sons, Jeremy (Cherrie) Wells and Jason ( Cassie) Wells; grandchildren, Rebecca Christensen, Ted Lukas Christensen, Jonah Wells, Isaac Wells, Andrew Wells, Shelby Wells, and Caleb Wells all of Garrett; Brother, Randy McCullough of Fort Wayne.

Cathy is preceded in death by her father, Robert McCullough; mother, Norma (Case) Workman; and sister, Deborah Neukom.

Funeral service is at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 31, 2014 at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Garrett with calling 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will take place in Cedar Creek Cemetery following the service. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2014 from 2-8 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home 1277 County Road 56 in Garrett.
