Charlotte was born June 29, 1955 in Denver, CO to Ninia Elaine Holden and she preceded her in death. She worked in retail sales before retirement. She married Ronald Shafer on February 3, 1996 in Ft. Wayne, IN

Charlotte is survived by her husband: Ronald Shafer, Kendallville, IN; daughter: Erica (Duane) Lapp, Garrett, IN; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
