Chasty is survived by her daughters: Macyra and Myasija Koble, Garrett, IN.; parents: Anthony "Tony" and Rhonda Koble, Garrett, IN; sisters: Ashlee Koble, Pinellas Park, FL and Tasha (Koble) and Willie Jordan, Tampa, FL. She is survived by a nephew: Hunter Koble, Pinellas Park, FL. and her grandparents: Donna and Hudson Hays, Garrett, IN and Robert and Caramay Koble, LaOtto, IN.
