Christopher M. Eckert, age 56 of Waterloo, IN, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2013, after a long illness. Surviving are his wife, Judy (Garman) Eckert of Waterloo; his parents, L. Eugene and Sadonna Eckert of Waterloo; a brother and sister in-law, Steven and Suzanne Eckert of Waterloo; 2 daughters, Jen Lehman and son in-law Mark Lehman of Waterloo and Rebecca Stockert of Fort Wayne; 2 sons, Zakari Eckert of Columbus, OH and Isaac Eckert of Muncie, IN and two grandchildren. Christopher was a charter member of the Moose Lodge in Fremont, a lifetime member of the NRA and attended Lakeview Community Church in Hamilton. A private memorial service will be held for family and close friends at a later date.
