Dona I. Dudash age 75 of Auburn, IN died at 5:16 p.m. Sunday, August 8, 2010 at Parkview Hospital - Fort Wayne, IN. She was born October 8, 1934 in Garrett, IN to Wilbur and Thelma (Sawyer) Myers and they preceded her in death. She married Robert E. Dudash on July 10, 1955 in Garrett and he died April 1, 1999. She and her husband were co-administrators at Sunny Meadow Residential home in Auburn for 15 years, retiring in 1999. She was a member of the Cedar Lake Church of the Brethren - Corunna, IN. Dona is survived by 2 daughters: Karen Dudash, Garrett, IN and Susan and Jerry Korchyk, Auburn, IN and a son: John Dudash, Garrett, IN. She is survived by a grandson: Alex Dudash, Garrett, IN and 2 granddaughters: Mandy Korchyk, Windsor, England and Ashley Korchyk, Durham, NC. Dona is also survived by brother: George Bernard "Bernie" M. and Lillian Myers, Auburn, IN and a half sister: Juanita Horn, Fort Wayne, IN. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at Thomas Funeral Home - Garrett, IN and from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at Cedar Lake Church of the Brethren - Corunna, IN. Services will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at the Cedar Lake Church of the Brethren - Corunna, IN. with Pastor Duane Grady officiating. Burial will follow in Christian Union Cemetery - Garrett, IN. Memorials are to the Cedar Lake Church of the Brethren or the American Heart Association.
