Donna Jean Bock, age 80 of Waterloo, IN died at 8:20 p.m. Saturday, November 26, 2011 at Betz Nursing Home. She was born April 25, 1931 in Waterloo, IN to Byron L. and Malinda C. (Mann) Johnson and they preceded her in death. She married Robert W. Bock on July 13, 1953 in Garrett, IN and he also preceded her in death. She worked in assembling at the Auburn Rubber Company for 3 years and was a homemaker. Donna was a member of New Hope Christian Center - Waterloo, IN and the Garrett Eagles Aux. and the VFW in Waterloo, IN Donna is survived by 2 sons: Timothy Bock, DeBerry,TX and Dusty Bock, Waterloo, IN. She is also survived by 3 daughters: Sharmon Hartman and Bobbie Crager, Kendallville, IN and Tonoa McLain, Hudson IN. Surviving are 17 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; a brother: Harold Johnson, Garrett, IN and a sister: Thelma Acker, Auburn, IN She was preceded in death by her husband: Robert W. Bock, Parents: Byron and Malinda Johnson, a son: Kim DeWayne Bock; 2 sisters: Matilda Wooley, Dessie Wilson and 4 brothers: Ross, Albert, Charles and James Johnson and 2 grandchildren. Visitation will take place from 2-6 p.m. Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at Thomas Funeral Home - Garrett, IN Services will take place at 6 p.m. Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at Thomas Funeral Home with Pastor Ralph Deihl officiating. Burial will take place at 2:30 p.m. Friday, December 2, 2011 at Christian Union Cemetery - Garrett, IN Memorials are to the family.
