Doris "Dee" J. Steward age 82 of Grabill, IN passed away Monday, December 2, 2024 at Parkview Regional Medical Center – Ft. Wayne, IN.  Dee was born June 9, 1942 in Ft. Wayne, IN to James E. and Vera G. (Kleber) Vinson. She married Stephen A. Steward on December 17, 1977 in Ft. Wayne, IN.

Dee is survived by her husband: Stephen A. Steward, Grabill, IN.; son: Charles G. Ranney III, Syracuse, IN; 3 daughters: Kimberly K. Ranney, Ft. Wayne, IN; Dawn R. (Ronnie) Byers, New Haven, IN; Sloane A. (Bruce) Cecil, Auburn, IN; 2 brothers: Rolland (Carole) Vinson, Ft. Wayne, IN; Richard (Nancy) Vinson, New Haven, IN; 3 sisters: Dorothy (Ken) Bultemier, Decatur, IN; Delores (Mark) Jury, Scranton, PA; Donna (Stan) Young, Ludington, MI; 8 grandchildren: Stephanie, Alexa, Garrett, Chanel, Dominique, Autumn, Schayla, and Brayah-Kait.

No visitation or services will take place.

Private burial will take place at Christian Union Cemetery – Garrett, IN.
