Duane C. Kee, 68 of Garrett, died on Friday, June 15, 2012 at his residence. He was born November 9, 1943 in Akron, OH to the late Carl and Ethel (Arnold) Kee. Duane was a Union Electrician until his retirement on July 1, 2005. He was a lifetime member of the VFW in Mexico, New York. He is survived by a son, Doug (Sherri) Kee of Garrett; a daughter, Tari (Kyle) Kovetz of Waterloo; step sons, Michael and Karl Lawton and step daughters, Sandy Moore and Theresa Victory all of New York; two brothers, three sisters, three granddaughters and four great grandchildren and former wife, Cora Anne Kee of Angola. He was also preceded in death by a brother and sister. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
