Elana was a homemaker and had been married to Richard A. Young for over 40 years.

Elana is survived by her husband: Richard “Rick” Young, Garrett, IN; daughter: Holly (Malachai) Litten, Garrett, IN; 3 grandchildren: Quinnlyn Simon, Theo Litten, and Aden Litten; half-brothers: Mark Burden, Garrett, IN and Chris Burden.

Elana was preceded in death by her mother: Marcia L. Riley
