Emily Katelynn Dingus age 2 months died at 8:20 a.m., Monday, February 1, 2010 at Riley's Children's Hospital, Indianapolis, IN. She was born November 10, 2009 in Indianapolis, IN to Chester E. Dingus III and Rebecca (Bunn) Dingus. She is survived by her parents - Chester E. III and Rebecca Dingus and a twin brother, Nicholas Christian Dingus, all of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by her Grandmothers: Bonnie Bunn, Acworth, GA and Diane Parker, Lakeland, FL. Surviving Great Grandparents are Robert and Carol Sleek, Garrett, IN. She was preceded in death by her Grandfathers: Thomas Bunn, Sr. and Chester E. Dingus, Jr. Private services will take place on Friday, February 5, 2010 at Thomas Funeral Home with burial to follow in Christian Union Cemetery - Garrett, IN. Memorials are to the March of Dimes.
