Fredrick W. Robke age 90 passed away on Friday, April 11, 2025 at Astral at Auburn. Fred was born October 13, 1934 in Wells County to Fritz and Wilhelmine "Minnie" (Koenemann) Robke.

Fred was a lifetime farmer and had worked at Cooper Tire in production. He was a United States Army veteran.

Fred is survived by his sons: Don (Brenda Gear) Leverton, Garrett, IN; Richard (Melinda) Fluttrow, Monroeville, IN; daughter: Karin Lifsey, New Haven, IN; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews: Betty and Ron Groh, Garrett, IN; Linda (Don) Osbun, Dunn, NC; Robert (Julie) Kahlke, Garrett, IN.

Fred was preceded in death by his life partner: Rosalle Fluttrow; parents: Fritz and Minnie Robke; brothers: Arnold and Ewald Robke; sister: Wilma (Herman) Kahlke.

He had attended Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church – Garrett, IN.

The funeral service will take place at 3 pm, Thursday, April 17, 2025 at Thomas Funeral Home, 1277 C.R. 56, Garrett, IN with Pastor Banner Kidd officiating.

Calling will take place 2 hours prior to the services from 1-3 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home.

Military honors by the United States Army and the Garret American Legion Post #178 will follow in Cedar Creek Cemetery – Auburn, IN.
