Irma M. Kees age 95 of Garrett, IN died Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Miller's Merry Manor – Garrett, IN. Irma was born September 27, 1923 in Fort Wayne, IN to Ernest H. and Joyce E. (Rennecker) Hutton. She married Willard D. "Bud" Kees on October 4, 1941 in DeKalb County and he died November 8, 1987. Irma was a homemaker and member of the First Church of Christ – Garrett, IN.

Irma is survived by 2 sons: Larry O. (Judy) Kees, Auburn, IN; Teddy "Tedd" (Cathy) Kees, Grand Ledge, MI; sister: Betty Romine, Donalsonville, GA; 5 grandchildren: Kim Kees, Auburn, IN; Misty (Bryan) Sleek, Wawaka, IN; Heather Wilson, Kendallville, IN; Brent McCollough, Angola, IN; Angie (Patrick) Quinn, Auburn, IN; 12 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2018 and 9 – 10 a.m. Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Thomas Funeral Home, 1277 C.R. 56, Garrett, IN.

Services will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Thomas Funeral Home with Brother Bud Owen officiating.

Burial will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery – Auburn, IN
