He was born December 1, 1940 in Middlesboro, KY to Rufus and Mayola (Garner) Overbay. He was a self-employed dry wall hanger, retiring in 2003. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at Thomas Funeral Home and 1 hour prior to sevices Thursday. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 1, 2008 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home - Ft.Wayne, IN. Brial will take place in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
