Joan M. Tiffner, 68 of LaOtto, died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family at 11:15 p.m. on Monday, August 20, 2012. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, William G. Tiffner; two daughters, Veronica M. Tiffner and Billie J. Johnson-Tiffner; one son, James L. Tiffner; two grandsons, Darrius Kellen Aragon and William James Tiffner; a daughter in-law, Lori Tiffner and a brother, Terrence Mulcahey. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Veronica Mulcahey amd two brothers, James and Robert Mulcahey. In accordance with the family's wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no services.
