Joleen K. Robinson, age 46, of Butler, IN passed away at Parkview Regional Medical Center (Ft. Wayne, IN) Wednesday, March 9, 2022 with family by her side.  Joleen was born July 17, 1975 in Muncie, IN.  She spent her early childhood in Muncie before a family move to California during her elementary years.  Growing up she enjoyed camping, fishing, bike riding (even BMX racing!) and attending high school sporting events.  She also enjoyed outings to the beaches in San Diego and day trips to Tijuana, Mexico with family and friends.  Joleen loved spending time with her family!  She was extremely proud of her children, granddaughter, and was very excited to be twice a grandmother with a soon to arrive grandson.  Her hobbies included researching her family heritage, connecting with friends on social media, and meeting new people across the globe playing online games.

Joleen attended Santana High School (Class of 1993) in Santee, CA.  She studied General Education at Cuyamaca Community College in La Mesa, CA.  She also took healthcare classes at Ivy Tech and Valley Career College in San Diego, CA.  She worked as a Medical Claims Processor in the San Diego, CA area from 1997 to 2003.  Upon moving back to Auburn/Butler, IN she worked as a cashier at Home Depot and as a CNC operator at Auburn Gear.

Joleen is survived by her parents: Herman "Randell" and Linda K. Snodgrass, Butler, IN; sons: Jacob Snodgrass, Butler, IN; Noah Robinson, CA; Christopher Route; daughter: Ashleigh (Collin) Depew, Garrett, IN; brother: Darress (Bobbie) Snodgrass, Buffalo, NY; sisters: Kathy (Dave) McManus, Indianapolis, IN; Wendi (Scott) Hollowell, Ossian, IN; grandchildren: Nakia Route and Dax Depew to be born soon.; ex-husband: Mike Robinson, Waterloo, IN; nieces and nephews: Lance McManus, James  (Alysa) McManus, Kevyn ( Paulette) Hollowell, Alyssa (Ryan) Fisher, Paige Moreno, Haleigh Moreno; great nephews: Lance McManus II and Rhett Fisher.

A gathering of friends and family will take place from 1-2 p.m., Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Thomas Funeral Home, 1277 C.R. 56, Garrett, IN  46738

A memorial service will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Thomas Funeral Home.
