Kay A. Rosselot age 71 of Avilla, IN did at 9:23 a.m. Friday, September 26, 2014 at her home. She was born June 2, 1943 in Clarksville, TN to Al and Rosemary (Able) Bailey. She married J. Frank Rosselot in November 1976 and he survives in Avilla, IN. She was a manager at Partners First Credit Union in Auburn, IN for 22 years, retiring in 2008. A private memorial service will be held at Thomas Funeral Home - Garrett, IN
