Kellie Jo Christlieb, age 54, of Fort Wayne, died on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Hospice Home in Fort Wayne. She was born September 19, 1959 in Auburn to Richard Lee and Frances M. (Swank) Christlieb. Kellie is survived by her mother and step father, Frances M. and Eddie Linthicum of Auburn; her son and daughter in-law, Erik Lee and Jamie Rissner of Fort Wayne; two brothers, Richard L. and Jill Christlieb of Corunna and Leonard F. Christlieb of Abbyville, LA; two sisters, Kay L. and Paul Hilkey of Auburn and Jennifer A. Christlieb and her companion Ken Rodman of Garrett; two step brothers, Craig and Jeff Linthicum of Kendallville; three grandchildren, Cameron Sturgis, Aiden Rissner and Nevin Rissner all of Fort Wayne; her best buddy Coal and her ex-husband, Kenneth Rissner of Kendallville. She was preceded in death by her father and a nephew, Richard Christlieb III. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16, 2014 from 2-6 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, 1357 S. Randolph, Garrett. The funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. at the church with Rev. David Mix officiating. Burial will be held at a later date in Hooper-King Cemetery in Avilla. Memorials are to Thomas Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
