Lawrence P. "Larry" Faulkner age 69 of Garrett, IN entered into the arms of the Lord on Friday, April 25, 2025 at Parkview – DeKalb, Auburn, IN.  Larry was born April 16, 1956 in Marion, IN to Paul E. and LaVonne (McKitrick) Faulkner. Larry married Julia Parker on April 16, 1977 in Auburn, IN and she survives in Garrett. Larry was a machine operator at Dana Corporation – Ft. Wayne, IN for 30 years, retiring in 2007.

Larry was a member Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church – Garrett, IN. and the Mustang Club of America. Larry loved Mustang Automobiles and the Indianapolis Colts!

Larry is survived by his wife: Julie "Mrs. Julie" Faulkner, Garrett, IN; son: Paul Robert Faulkner, Garrett, IN; best 4-legged gal: Daisy; brother: Fred (Emma) Shell, South Whitley, IN; 3 sisters: Nancy Smith, Sweetser, IN; Sue Brandenburg, Fishers, IN; Jeannine (Dave) Tucker, Peru, IN; numerous nieces and nephews.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents: Paul E. Faulkner, and Carl and LaVonne Faulkner Shell; sister: Donna

Visitation will take place from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday, May2, 2025 at Thomas Funeral Home, 1277 C.R. 56, Garrett, IN and from 9-10 a.m. Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church – Garrett, IN.

Services will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church – Garrett, IN with Rev. Keaton Christiansen officiating.

Burial will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery – Auburn, IN.

Memorials are to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Pre-School.
