He married Lavern McBride on October 1, 1944 in Fort Wayne, IN and she preceeded him in death.He built and owned Willow Ridge Golf Course in Huntertown from 1968-1984. He was a resident of Provena Sacred Heart Home in Avilla, IN for the past 1 1/2 years.
