Lucy W. Brennan age 100 of Garrett died Friday, August 25, 2017 at Miller's Merry Manor – Garrett, IN.

Lucy was born February 14, 1917 in Garrett, IN to Lester F. and Cuba (High) Wise and they preceded her in death. Lucy worked at Creek Chub Bait after high school and later worked at General Electric – Fort Wayne, IN until she married Philip H. Cozier in 1942 and he died in 1959. She later married Bernard R. Brennan in April 1962 and he died on September, 17, 2007. Lucy was a member of the Garrett United Methodist Church.

Lucy is survived by her daughter: Jean (Ernie Webb) Cozier, Chicago, IL.

Lucy was preceded in death by her son: Steven P. Cozier; 2 brothers: Richard and Orville Wise and 2 sisters: Florine Wise and Betty Heppe.

A memorial service will take place at 1 p.m. Monday, August 28, 2017 at Thomas Funeral Home, 1277 C.R. 56, Garrett, IN.

A gathering of friends and family will follow the memorial service at the funeral home.

Burial will take place in Christian Union Cemetery – Garrett, IN

In lieu of flowers – memorials are to the Garrett United Methodist Church.
