Neal A. Zolman age 74 of Garrett, IN died Saturday, May 21, 2016 at his home. He was born July 27, 1941 in Wolf Lake, IN to Dale E. and Thelma L. (Parker) Zolman and they preceded him in death. Neal married Lorraine A. Bixler on December 17, 1965 in Churubusco, IN and she survives in Garrett. Neal was a trailer mover at Navistar for 38 years, retiring in 2002. He was a U.S. Navy Vietnam veteran and member of the Garrett American Legion Post #178. Neal is survived by his wife: Lorraine A. Zolman, Garrett, IN; daughter: Doreen (Chet) Brown, Garrett, IN; brother: Everett Zolman, Churubusco, IN and 2 granddaughters. There is no visitation and a memorial service will take place at a later date. Memorials are to the Garrett American Legion Post #178 or the DeKalb County Humane Shelter.
