Norman is survived by his son: Terry (Carol) Knapp, FL; 2 sisters: Reba Sliger, Ft. Wayne, IN; Myrna (Paul) Demske, Avilla, IN; 2 brother in-laws: Bud Rowe and Joe Rowe; sister in-law: Sue Ann Myers; his grandchildren , great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his first wife: Fannie Mae (Rowe) Knapp; second wife: Helen (Singleton) Knapp, son: Larry Knapp, 2 sisters: Imogene LaRowe and Janet Groen; 3 brothers: Dale Knapp, Eldon Knapp and Ivan Knapp; parents: Harold and Frances Knapp.

As per his wishes, cremation will take place and private services will take place at a later date in Christian Union Cemetery – Garrett, IN
