Richard was an industrial painter and Army Veteran. He married Sandra (Iski) on Valentine's Day. Richard is survived by his wife: Sandra Suter, Fort Wayne, IN; mother: Christel Suter, Garrett, IN; son: James Ashby, Fort Wayne, IN; sister: Diane Zumbaugh, Garrett, IN and 7 grandchildren. There will be no visitation and services will be held at a later date.
