Robert was born October 18, 1952 in Ft. Wayne, IN to Robert J. Brown Sr. and Margaret (Storie) Brown and they preceded him in death.

He married Sharon A. Stidam on February 14, 1997 in Auburn, IN.

Robert worked as a machine operator at Hendrickson Suspension for 19 years, retiring in 2011.

Robert is survived by his wife: Sharon A. Brown, Butler, IN; 2 sons: Bob Brown III, Albion, IN; Eric Brown, Greenwood, IN; daughter: Sarah Brown, Ft. Wayne, IN; 4 step sons: Michael Montoya, Rome city, IN; David Montoya, AZ; Juan Montoya, Garrett, IN; Danny Montoya, Butler, IN; 7 grandchildren; 8 step grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.;  2 brothers: Roger L. Brown, Ft. wayne, IN; Ronald E. Brown, Columbia City, IN; 2 sisters: Margaret "Peggy" L. Brown, FL; Bonnie Brown, FL.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents: Robert J. and Margaret Brown Sr.; brother: Dave Brown; sister: Frances Khuener.
