Robert R. Seely, age 82, of Huntertown, IN, died on Sunday, November 4, 2007 at the Laurels of DeKalb in Butler, IN. He was born on December 25, 1924 in Fort Wayne, IN to Arthur and Nellie (Rhoads) Seely. He married Delta L. Swick in February of 1948 and she died in April of 2005. Robert was a Operating Engineer - Boiler Tender at Fallstaff Brewery in Fort Wayne for over 30 years. He was a WWII Army Veteran and a member of the American Legion. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2007 from 6-8 pm at Thomas Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2007 at 10:00 am at the funeral home, with Pastor Susan Socha of Emmanuel Lutheran officating. Burial will follow in Covington Memorial Gardens. Memorials are to Emmanuel Lutheran Church.
