Roxanna Ellen Nofzinger Foss age 62 of Garrett, IN died Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Parkview DeKalb Hospital. Roxanna was born March 10, 1958 in Ft. Wayne, IN to Edward W. and Elthian E. (Wise) Foss. She had worked in banking, real-estate and photography.

Roxanna is survived by her brothers: Edward (Theresa) Foss, Roanoke, IN; Kim Foss, Tucson, AZ; Scott (Michelle) Foss, Austin, TX; sister: Laura Foss, Columbia City, IN; step children: Kevin Nofzinger, Sean Nofzinger and Jody Cook, all of Auburn, IN; step sisters: Cathy (Tom) Bice and Deb (Bob) Caldwell, both of Ft. Wayne, IN.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Rex Nofzinger; parents: Edward W. and Elthian E. Foss; brother: Dan Foss and sister: Sharice Pinney.

There will be no visitation of services.
