Steven E. Howard age 58 of Franklin, IN and formerly of Garrett, IN passed away Friday, June 20, 2025 at Community Hospital South – Indianapolis, IN. Steven was born October 19, 1966 in Akron, OH to Edward Allen and Doris A. (Dolan) Howard.

Steven had an associate degree from IPFW – Purdue and was a produce clerk at Kroger's in Auburn, IN for a period of time.

He was a former member of the Garrett Presbyterian Church.

Steven is survived by the many friends that he met through his parents Order of The Eastern Star involvement.

Graveside services will take place at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at Christian Union Cemetery with Pastor Ken Conrad officiating.
