Thomas "Dimmer" A. Dembickie age 63 died at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at DeKalb Memorial Hospital - Auburn, IN. He was born December 22, 1945 in Garrett, IN to Frank and Lucille (Owen) Dembickie and they preceded him in death. He was a 1965 graduate of Garrett High School and was a lifetime Garrett resident. He married Diana M. Beverly on August 9, 1990 in Garrett, IN. Thomas was a foreman at Zollners in Ft. Wayne for 35 Years, retiring in 2003.He worked at Parkers in Avilla after his retirement. He was a member of the Garrett Eagles and enjoyed golfing and bowling in his younger years. Survivors include: Wife - Diana M. Dembickie, Garrett, IN Son - William E. and Lori Beverly, Garrett, IN Sister - Judy and Lloyd Henderson, Orange Park, FL Grandson - William T. Beverly, Garrett, IN Granddaughter - Quinn Mclaren, Fort Wayne, IN There will be no visitation or services. Memorials may be given to DeKalb Hospice or the DeKalb County Humane Shelter.
