Thomas "T.C." Paul Cook age 76 of Garrett, IN passed away Friday, November 21, 2025 at Parkview-DeKalb Hospital with his family by his side. T.C. was born November 16, 1949 in Garrett, IN to Robert Paul and Joan H. (Swartz) Cook and they preceded him in death.

T.C. married Lynette Moore on September 27, 1969 in Auburn, IN and she passed on October 12, 2002.

T.C. was a club pro at Brookwood and Fairview golf courses and later worked as a plant manager for Custom Coating. He was the Indiana State Long Drive Champion for 3 years in a row.

T.C. was a past Exalted Ruler of the Auburn Elks and was a member of the Auburn Moose and Garret American Legion Post#178.

He loved his family, friends and life. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and enjoyed cooking.

He was a Vietnam Army veteran

T.C. is survived by his daughter: Tessa Cook, Longwood, FL; son: Rex Cook, Longwood, FL; his significant other of 23 years: Penny Griffin, Garrett, IN.

There will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date.
