Trebreh "Treba" Ringler of Fort Wayne, Indiana March 30, 1918 - May 10, 2015 Trebreh "Treba" Ringler age 97 of Fort Wayne, IN died at 3 a.m. Sunday, May 10, 2015 at Lutheran Life Villages at Pine Valley – Fort Wayne. Treba was born March 30, 1918 in Shawnee, OK to Herbert and Loyce (Tarwater) Ricks. She married Ralph Ringler on September 16, 1943 in Columbia, SC and he died December 22, 1994. Treba was a registered nurse at Oklahoma University Hospital for 3 years and then at the Garrett Community Hospital for 12 years, retiring in 1974. She was a member of Shoaff Park Baptist Church – Fort Wayne, IN. Treba is survived by 2 daughters: Pam (Randy) Hampshire, Garrett, IN and LaDonna (Jerry) Minnich, Auburn,IN., 4 grandchildren: Travis (Ashley) Hampshire, Homosassa, FL; Lisa Hartman, Ft. Wayne, IN; Jeff Minnich, Ft. Wayne, IN; and Beth (Brandon) Ault, Columbus, OH. 4 great grandchildren: Justin Minnich, Megan Minnich, Caitlin Minnich all of Ft. Wayne, IN and Cameron Hampshire, Homosassa, FL. Treba was preceded in death by her parents: Herbert and Loyce Ricks; husband: Ralph Ringler and a sister: Rosemary Flovin. Visitation will take place from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, May 14, 2015 at Thomas Funeral Home, 1277 C.R. 56, Garrett, IN. Services will take place at 11 a.m. Friday, May 15, 2015 at Thomas Funeral Home with Pastor Joel Sherrill officiating.
