Vicki L. Lewis age 69 of Chaplin, KY and formerly of Garrett, IN died Monday, April 9, 2018 at Parkview Regional Medical Center – Ft. Wayne, IN. Vicki was born September 13, 1948 in Garrett, IN to Franklin C. and Goldie E. (Lewis) Quinn. She was a homemaker and member of the Perrysville Historical Society.

Vicki is survived by 4 daughters: Kimberly (Bill) Shoffner, Butler, IN; Carolyn (Brian Strock) Wellman, Butler, IN; Krista (Ryan) Mastain, Indianapolis, IN; Kelli (Matt) Burns, Waxhaw, NC; special friend: Glenna Hollen, Bardstown, KY; Grandchildren: Trinity (pool) Stephens, Trey Anthony Pool, Shawn Dangler, Skylyn Shoffner, Phoenix Shoffner, Kedly Burns, Khloe Burns, Tate Burns, Payton Mastain, Alania Mastain, Noah Mastain, Elijah Mastain, Isabelle Mastain, Gavin Mastain, Juliet Mastain; great grandchildren: Haiden Kintigos, Jhace Kintigos, Tannah Stevens and Kasen Pool.

Proceeded in death by her parents: Franklin and Goldie Quinn; brother: Judge Charles Quinn.

A Celebration of Life service will take place at 6 p.m. Friday, April 13, 2018 at Thomas Funeral Home, 1277 C.R. 56, Garrett, IN

There will be a gathering of Friends and Family from 4-6 p.m. Friday – prior to services

Burial will take place at a later date.
