Willaim "Bill" L. Rowe, 76 of Garrett, IN died on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at his residence. He was born on November 7, 1930 in Kendallville, IN to Frank and Olive (Hulburt) Rowe. He married Barbara A. Hart on October 19, 1952 in Kendallville, IN. He was a Korean War veteran serving in the Army. He had worked at the No Sag Spring Company in Kendallville for 16 1/2 years and at Hamilton Standard in Auburn for 19 years. He loved to Ice Fish!
