Winifred M. McMillan age 91 of Goshen, IN and formerly of Garrett died Friday, July 14, 2017 at Courtyard Healthcare Center – Goshen, IN. Winifred was born December 20, 1925 in Deshler, OH to Rodney D. and Audrey M. (Crawford) Snook. She married Irwin B. "Mac" McMillan on July 10, 1942 in Garrett, IN and he died May 21, 2006. Winifred was a homemaker and member of the Garrett Presbyterian Church, First Christian Church – Auburn, IN; Garrett Eagles Auxiliary, Auburn Moose Auxiliary, United Transportation Union Auxiliary and Skirts and Shirts square dancing club.

Winifred is survived by her son and daughter in-law: David J. (Sharon) McMillan, Goshen, IN ; daughter: Jodi ( Paul Laymon) Alwood, Montgomery, AL; daughter in-law: Pamela McMillan, Virginia Beach, VA ; 5 Grandchildren; 18 Great Grandchildren; brother: Gerry G. Snook, Garrett, IN.

Winifred was preceded in death by her husband: Irwin B. "Mac" McMillan; parents: Rodney D. and Audrey M. Snook; son: Rodney B. McMillan; and brother: Rodney "Gene" Snook.

Visitation will take place from 4-7 p.m. Monday, July 17, 2017 at Thomas Funeral Home, 1277 C.R. 56, Garrett, IN

Funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Thomas Funeral Home with Rev. William Haworth officiating

Burial will follow in Christian Union Cemetery – Garrett, IN
