Robert E. Robbins age 64 of Ft. Wayne, IN died Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Lutheran Hospital – Jefferson Blvd. Robert was born October 11, 1958 in Des Moines, IA to Carol J. and Yvonne (Knolls) Robbins and they preceded him in death. Robert Married Lisa L. LaFever on May 5, 1989 in Ft. Wayne, IN. He worked as a machinist at Dana- Ft. Wayne, retiring in 2020.

Robert was a past member of the U.A.W.

Robert is survived by his wife: Lisa L. Robbins, Ft. Wayne, IN; son: Shane Anthony (Tiffany) Robbins, Huntington, IN; 3 daughters: Michelle (Dennis) Koch, AZ; Genieva (Michael) Kennedy, Butler, IN; Sheila Colbourne, Wolf Lake – Albion, IN; 15 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 3 brothers: Shawn Robbins, Huntington, IN; Nelson (Deanna) Robbins, Huntington, IN; Daniel (Belinda) Robbins, Huntington, IN; 4 sisters: Louise Tincher, ID; Lucy (Tom) Wilson, Huntington, IN; Carolyn (Dan) Rittenhouse, Huntington, IN; Dawn (Jack) Martin, Huntington, IN.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents: Carol J. and Yvonne Robbins, brother: Ashby Robbins; 3 sisters: Vanessa Robbins, Juanita Robbins and Cathy Robbins.

Services will take place at Noon Sunday, February 5, 2023 at Thomas Funeral Home –1277 C.R. 56, Garrett, IN. with Pastor Jerry Koch officiating.

Visitation will take place from 10 a.m. – Noon, Sunday at Thomas Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in Christian Union Cemetery – Garrett, IN
