I would personally like to thank Thomas Funeral Home for the excellent care our family received last week as we experienced the loss of Juanita Plimpton on Monday April 17th 2023.

Tom and his staff were simply amazing from my first call to him at 6:16 AM Monday morning. Mom fell and broke her humorous bone on February 25th. The trauma of the physical injury, the effects of the pain meds and multiple cases of pneumonia had a heavy impact on her body.

After meeting with Tom on Monday afternoon we had a plan in place for a Friday morning visitation followed by a 1:00 PM funeral. I was the point of contact for our family and received consistent and clear communication from Tom, including the best option for her badly bruised arms and hands. I was able to view and approve mom's appearance before the Friday visitation.

I was involved in the funeral planning process from beginning to end and as I reflect on last week, I can't think of one thing I would have done differently.

Tom has assisted our family with the loss of my grandfather, grandmother, brother, niece and now my mother. I have worked with Tom directly on each of these services. I appreciated his knowledge, guidance, and communication. I have been comforted by his words and I am always confident in his professionalism.

I want to give a BIG Thank you to Thomas. Your time, patience and caring are beyond appreciated. Thomas answered all of my questions and all of my sister's questions. He gave excellent suggestions as well as we were unfortunately on a very tight budget.

I have never felt such empathy at a funeral home. You can see how much Thomas really cares about you, your family and your loss. Thank you for the wonderful handling of my uncle's remains and for the excellent communication. You are so wonderful......I can't even put it in to words how much you helped my family through this very tough time.

I want to thank all of the staff at Thomas Funeral Home for the wonderful handling of my mother's funeral. From the time of pre-planning to after the ceremony, any questions myself or my father had were answered promptly and thoroughly. The service itself was wonderful and the staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that mom's funeral went exactly how she would have wanted.
